Roasta collects your name, email address, phone number, prediction, consent choices, submission time, and technical anti-abuse signals needed to operate the contest. Receipt details are checked in person and are not stored by this platform.
Why we use it
We use contest data to validate entries, send confirmations and reward notifications, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, fulfill rewards, and maintain the legally required contest record.
Marketing
Marketing is optional. Contest entry does not require marketing consent. You may withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in a promotional email.
Analytics preferences
Optional analytics remain disabled until you allow them. You can change this choice at any time.
Retention and access
Contest records are retained only as long as required for administration, disputes, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Contact Roasta to request access or correction.
